Bottle. Hazy golden color with almost no head. Aroma is incredible plum, so luscious and intense. Taste is juicy plum, wood, mild barn, not too acidic, chewy minerals. Sparkly carbonation. Glorious aroma, great beer.

2016 Batch 457 bottle. The beer is a slightly hazy orange color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of tart plums, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, funky yeast, plum, citrus and doughy malt. The finish is tart and oaky with a plum aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle thanks to Jan. It pours clear bright gold with a medium white head. The aroma is musty, lactic, sour plum, yoghurt, granny smith apple and earth. The taste is dry, bright, crazy tart, acidic kick, sour plum, granny smith apple, damson, prune, lactic and fruit yoghurt with a drying, acidic finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit acidic perhaps, not bad though.
