Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Zack! Lovely tart plum nose with bready malt and wet hay aromas. Full-bodied saison with more plum notes. Some apricot and blackberry as it warms. Well-rounded mouthfeel, with some mineral and hay coming in. Funky, but not overly so. ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, oale malt, sweet malt, caramel, flowers, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, plum, light vinous - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, plum, flowers, vinius - oak - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180804]

Bottle, courtesy of DerA, thanks! Pours hazy amber/orange. Aroma is strawberry, light stables, peach, peel. Body is medium, with a decent fruity sweet body, softly sour and tart, yoghurt texture, smooth. Peach and plum again. Great beer!

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-11 getrunken. Dieses saure Ale kommt mit einer moderaten Säure und im Hintergrund mit einem schönen Mirabellenaroma daher. Lecker!

Cloudy to murky dark blond color. Nice fruity and sour aroma, stone fruit kernels. Puckery sourness, good body structure, drier in the final, with good fruity character and vinous presence. Astringent. It has a certain degree of complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of juicy plums, followed by oak, and some tartness. Flavour is very juicy, with tons of tart juicy plums, light oak, and light acidity. Very fruity, with a very nice oaky finish. Very good.

Hazy light tan. Thin head. Bretty, a bit yeasty, there's a vague sense of tree fruits, but nothing you can really pin down. Same thing with the vinous character. Quite tart. Lots of brett. Bright fruit notes...admittedly not actually showing any particular fruits. Touch of vinousness, but again I'm looking for it. Not sure I'd find it if I wasn't looking for it. Complex, tasty brew.

Pretty good sour beer. Aroma is the best thing here. The plum shows up the most. It gets lost a lot more in flavor. Yeast dominates throughout.

750mL shared at a tasting. Lovely white plum beer. I was surprised. Soft biscuit malt. Very pitty peach and nectarine. It’s a fun fruit beer but dirty looking.
