Bottle from meny, valby. Clear golden to orange, smooth light orange to offwhite head. aroma is like a flavorful lager, perhaps a vienna, with a note of fresh dark berries on top of the malts and neutral-bitter hops. Not bad. Flavor is a mess. the beer part is lightly oxidized lager with a bit too much sweet malts then add herbal and sweet overripe blue berries to the mix and a hint of mouldy notes... barely drinkable. Tastes like if you emptied 12 corona into a plastic bucket, added a cup of honey, stirred it up , then emptied the bucket slowly over a lot of red, slightly ripe and mouldy berries on a sieve, picking up the beer into another bucket. it's like the beer and the berries does not at all fit well together. ends in the weirdest bitter-fruity way.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a vague reddish glow and a tiny, off-white head. Distinct berry nose - somewhat soapy. It may be an "Extra Lager" - whatever that is - but the body is light or even thin, and the flavor of the beer fades in no time. The perfumy notes linger for a few secs there with some sweetnees, and then it's all gone and forgotten. Not horrible, a bit like American extract fruit beers. And btw, this is no Amber ale, but a Lager. Perhaps it should be moved to Fruit Beers, as the berry notes are quite distinct. 041018
