Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, chocolate, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, hops, citrus fruits, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Mejlgade 12, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Ølsnedkeren Dry Stout Dry Hop ].Unclear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, dusty, sweet malt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt - caramel, dry, wood, roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180331] 7-3-7-3-15

Siste plankegang denne sommeruka i København maj-18, og nå på Ølsnedkeren (et must hver gang jeg er her - sølle 100 kroner for 6 ratinger!): Brunsort med godt skum der varer. Røstet malt, kaffe, litt chokolade, kakao og overmodne brombær. Balancered og meget let drikkelig med halvtør afslutning. Sammenlignet med den andre versionen har denne måske en fyldigere aroma hvor jeg bemærker kakao og choklademalt.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, earth, cocoa. Medium body, roast, licorice, cocoa, bitter dry finish, good.

Draught. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Strong roasted notes. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good suration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice hops and has a nice bitter finish.

Backlog. Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate. caramel and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, little coffee, little liquorice, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Tap@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen - Dark brown to black with beige covering. Roasted and hoppy with some niteanod caramel and cocoa, medium body, solid hoppy into the finish, knocking on BIPA territory here. Nice!

Flavor is light bitter, roasted malt, caramel, bitter dark chocolate, licorice, citrusly hops. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light bitter finish. 240318
