375ml bottle. 2016. Opened in late 2020. The brett or whatever sour yeast has gotten pretty intense by this point. Nail polish notes. A little far gone now, but I could see this being nice in 2016. Fermented lime tone, eaten up tequila. Unique but not in that great of condition. A good reminder of the oversoured beers of 5 years back.

Sampled from the bottle at All Pints North. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of corn and sweet grains backed by oaky vanilla. Flavor has a light tartness with some corn, sweet grains and light vanilla and oak underlying.

All Pints North 2016. I do not taste tequila particularly, but I do taste lots of salt. I think the board said mescal, rather than teq;uila. Dry, oak flavor. I get a little lime, which I like.

On tap at the brewery. Pale, hazy yellow, with a small, bubbly, white ring. Lime, sea salt, a bit of nice tequila, orange peel, and a touch of pine. Sweet, with a light salty tartness. Light body, crisp, acidic, and clean. This is a mild and refreshing beer.
