(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Pikkulintu, 20180716) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and cocoa powder. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, ashy, sweet and bitter. A rather burnt but still nicely drinkable strong dark brew. Dries nicely towards the finish.

Bottle. Pours cloudy coffee brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of malt, coffee, barrel and yeast. Bitter flavour of roast, coffee and dark chocolate, with notes of yeast and vanilla. Roasty, coffeelike aftertaste with barrellike notes and touches of yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Well-balanced and quite enjoyable, despite the name and the obnoxious homunculi featured on the label.

Black with dark creamy head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of heavily roasted malts. There's also a bit of grassy hop too. Good but not so well polished.
