Draught at Fate South, 12/28/15.
Lightly hazy apricot-golden body is well-carbonated and has a small, off-white head atop that slowly fades to cover.
Apricot in the nose is well-done; no huge sweetness or anything artificial. Light earthiness, floral notes, bit of acidity and some juicy, citric hops lying in the background. Malts stay out of the way for the most part. No alcohol or flaws.
Dry, for the most part, though gaining a good sweet and sour element through the middle from the malt and apricot interplay. Hops never dominate but are noticeable throughout, adding citrus, grass and juicy fruit flavors. Apricot flavor is just where youβd want it; not too much of it, yet enough that you definitely know itβs there. Ample carbonation, biscuity/cracker-like malts and no flaws. Works very well, I thought, and I especially like the restraint and authenticity with which the apricots show through.

Growler shared by Brian - thanks! Pours cloudy golden orange, small white head, bubbly lacing that is quick to dissipate with a bit of lacing. Aroma is hella apricot and not a lot else. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, light plus bitter, stonefruit, apricot. Medium body, low carbonation.
