From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is slight grainy and fruity. Toasted, bitter, slight herbal. Grainy and medium dry finish.

Draught at DCB, 2/4/17.
Clear, pale brass-golden with a small, white head showing moderate to low retention.
Biscuit, dough and light butter in the nose clash with a bready sweetness and light hop bitterness but it’s muddled, messy and flawed.
In the mouth, it’s light, well-carbonated, but full of butter, dough and powdered sugar-like character. Odd vegetal character lingering on the end with a weird sweetness, as well.
