Dark golden-copper with a light haziness.
As with their other barrel aged products, the barrel character is nice and mellow. Dry appleskin, pepper, honey-vanilla and light bourbon notes are all well-homogenized. Seems to be a good amount of tannin as the finish is short and a little dull. No alcohol or flaw.
Light soft to slick texture indeed shows plentiful wood tannin. Semi sweet apple character is well attenuated and provides moderate acidity as light oak character, vanilla and spice linger on the finish. Mild for what youd expect from the name. Nice.
