Many thanks to Nisse666 for this bottle! Fresh sourish horse-blanket nose. The beer starts fresh with grapefruity-sourness, smooth mild body with horse-blanket and ripe fermented raspberries in the aftertaste. Th raspberries are not too intense, the sourness is low. Refreshing smooth brew, fruity sourish and mild. Nice.

Keg at the Beavertown 4th birthday celebration. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, white head. Nice and clean with good tartness, juicy and tangy citrus, some candy notes. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean and quenching in the finish, more citric bite. Nice.

Lovely tasty, refreshing and balanced stuff.
Hazed pale red color with a small pinkish head. Good intensity in the aroma. Fine body and an average to soft carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and a dry texture. Raspberry, citric, brett and mild lactic flavor.

0.33l bottle. Looks lovely in the glass this. Only a little more head retention and this would have been a perfect score on the looks. It's cloudy, warm and glowing amber red in the glass. The medium sized head that came after the relatively hard pour is quickly gone, leaving only a tiny sidesticking film. On the nose it's fruity and almost fatty. There's lots of red berries here cherries, raspberry, strawberries and some sweet small dessert plums. I really dig this aroma. It's also sourish. Small sour gooseberry and a little white currant. Yeah, absolutely lovely to smell at this. It tastes quite good also. It's not directly sour but it has some sourish, lactic almost preferences this. Yoghurt, the wild berry infused kind. It's softer than average on the carbonation and nice oily in the mouth. It's scary lightdrinkable actually and quite good. A nice combination imo. 15.10.2016

Bottled:
Muddy, pale red colour. Sizzling, pink head.
Tart aroma of raspberries and grapefruit.
Dry, funky taste with notes of yeast and raspberries.
The aroma promised more than the taste could keep.

Bottle @ MTG II tasting at Rich’s Welfare Pad. Pours hazy pink with a lovely raspberry aroma. Taste has soft subtle raspberry with mild fuzzy funk. Decent but not possessing the usual Brekeriet wow factor.
