Crystalline

Taster at the source slightly hazy gold white head. Aroma is light citrus lemon cracker aromatic hops pine. Taste is light more luke a session needs a tad more body. Well balanced and very drinkable.

Heavily hazy, pale, lime-tinted brass-gold. White head sits at cover.
Bright lemon, with somewhat muted, spicy hop on the side. Very hoppy, bright and aromatic, though no particular strong characteristics other than a sort of vague lemon-grapefruit and light pine accent. Clean, with no real yeast influence. Malts are very sparse, but suitable, showing cracker and light biscuit. Lime on the end, with just a touch of mineral and passionfruit/guava.
In the mouth it's dry and hoppy as hell. Spicy capsaicin-like character abounds and it's obviously heavily green, young and showing strong, somewhat bitter grapefruit. Lots of cracker, though some "chewy"-like biscuit character keeps it soft enough. Could definitely use a bit more sweetness from the malt as it's quite bitter (though not resinous), but it's clean and well-done. Engaging carbonation and high attenuation. Not terribly juicy. No alcohol or flaw noted.
