Canned 8/4/21, drunk 3/15/22. Clear, light golden. Small, moderately-well-retained, white head. Nose is clean kolsch yeast adding telltale light waxy mineral with very soft, slight tangerine-peach. Biscuity malts, no alcohol, flaw. Soft, very dry, quite light-bodied and clean with pepper, biscuit, marmalade (light) and lemon lingering alongside a peachy sweetness and lingering fruity yeast esters.

Pours slightly hazed light gold into a stange. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant trailing sheets. Biscuit and hay aromas. Soft with sweet hay and biscuit upfront turning to mild lemon before the lasting earthy caramel finish.

Easy drinking kolsch. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Light and breezy, but well made. Can at Snally.
