Draft at PHX airport location, 2/8/22. Heavily hazy, deep copper-golden with little, white head of no retention. Lightly punchy juice with heavily estery yeast notes perhaps outdoing the hop notes. But the malt seems substantial, with honey-biscuit-graham cracker character. It's also served ice cold in a shaker so... Malty and well-attenuated, fairly soft and with a pleasant mix of light-to-moderate bubble gum and juicy, papaya and mango. Hops are well-integrated with the malt but there's a growing spiciness as it warms, helping to add fresh hop character and complexity. Man, this is about as unflashy and yet flawless as it gets. The quality of their brewing really shows through. Would love to try more.
