A Darker Shade of Yellow, Medium Head, Decent Spotty Lacing. Faint Aroma, but I could not put my finger of what it is. Nothing Bad, just different. Taste is light and inoffensive. Grainy, , Decent amount of hops and bitter Finish. Watery, yet has a pleasant creamy mouth feel.Refreshing, Easy to Drink, Quaff-able. Rather Nice. Enjoyed it.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear, dark gold with a half finger of white head. Aroma of light grains and a little grassy. Taste is light bitter. Grassy and herbal with somthing a little fruity. Medium bodied with a somewhat creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a surprisingly long finish. Overall, pretty good. Better than pretty much any other gluten free beer ive tried

Enjoyed as part of a sampler at the Two Brothers Tap House in Warrenville, IL. Appearance somewhat clear golden with a thin frothy white head. Aroma not really anything there, its not bad, just non-apparent. Taste is clean and somewhat crisp, just an average malt/hop profile, non descript average brew.

Sample at the Southern Tier tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 05/21/09. The beer is a slightly hazed golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing. Light citrus and sweet malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, pale malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is short and mildly fruity. Barely average overall.
