Undated can, drunk 1/23/22. Clear, hay-to-straw. Small, rocky, white head. Pepper, honey, clean, mineral-rich yeast. Soft, honey-dense malt with pepper, herbs and minerals. Clean, crisp and drinkable. Very well-done lager from these excellent lager producers. Insane amount of flavor and texture for its size.

Pours clear dark straw into a shaker. Bright white conglomerate head recedes with medium retention leaving no lacing. Bread, biscuit and hay aromas. Crisp and dry with sweet hay, mild sourdough and grass upfront turning to mild earth in the medium length finish. Pretty tasty for the abv.
