Illegible canning date, from cooler, drunk 7/28/21.
Clear golden-straw, white head shows moderate retention.
Hay and cereal-forward nose is enjoyable, with very soft minerals and lightly herbal hop notes to balance. Attenuation seems good and there are no flaws or alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's soft and malty and well-attenuated. Cereal grains, mineral and a gentle, but appropriately balancing hop bitterness on the end adds floral and pepper notes. Pretty straightforward and solid all around.

Pours a clear light straw-golden with a massive fluffy white head. Aroma of light Pilsen malt, somewhat herbal and oily. Taste has refreshing wheat notes, somewhat herbal finish, lots of hops on the tongue. Palate has lingering hops. Good.

Draught at Torst: slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is light breadiness, hints of flowers, some plant. Taste is dry, low bitterness, mild sweetness. Tasty and easy.
