500 ml bottle in a trade with TJ. Aroma shows raisin, toffee, very soft, rye, whiskey. Flavor is rich and decorate with the above mentioned flavors. Soft maple presents throughout.Smooth mouth feel and zero alcohol presence in the sip. Absolutely delicious!

Brewery draught 12/22/22. Clear medium amber with a dark beige head atop showing moderate-to-low retention. Holy smokes is that maple fantastic! Rich maple but tempered by toast and toffee from the malt as well as light-to-moderate rye whiskey character. No hot booze or barrel, doesnt seem too sweet. Light fruitiness, tons of rich malt and barrel complexity. Soft, malty, rich, succulent with maple, vanilla, toffee, caramel, red fruits, raisins and spicy rye. Moderate barrel character with light whiskey spice and just an all around-evenness to the beer from proper aging. Succulent and malty but not cloying with plentiful balancing tannin and specialty malt acidity.
Aroma is nice, maple, rye, toffee. Taste is delicious, smooth, balanced. Nice siipper.
