Farm Road is a bright and delicate farmhouse ale brewed with 100% Northeast Grown grain including Floor Malted R & M Grains Barley and Wheat from Blue Ox Malthouse, and Flaked Organic Oats from Aurora Mills & Farm. Steeped on Lemon Peel and fermented with Wildflower Honey. Crisp, easy drinking and light enough for a table beer, but structured enough to stand up in almost any situation.

Can shared at the June DCBeer share. Poured a hazy golden color. Flavor was juicy with light funk, yeast, and a touch of rustic dustiness. A very flavorful and refreshing farmhouse ale.

Brewery can, 9/2/22. Clear, golden-brass, large, white head, moderate retention. Light Brett notes with plentiful black pepper, rustic grains and dainty honey-like malt. No sign of the lemon peel, so that's awesome (that it's so well-integtated). Clean, no flaw/alcohol or unwanted ester/phenol. In mouth, it's soft, chewy/malty with great attenuation and tons of plaster/mineral, pepper and light apricot-like fruitiness. Delicate, clean, flavorful, especially given it's small size.
