Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops, fruits and has a nice sweet finish.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear dark brown with a small beige head. Roasted aroma with dark dried fruits, dark sugar, some burnt malts and a vague touch of dms. It's full bodied and quite sweet on the palate, softly carbonated, with a very light bitterness. Roasted malts, coffee notes, prunes, dark sugar notes and chocolate in the flavor. Medium length finish. 180526
