Poured cans lightly hazy gold from can. Herbal peppery notes, sugar, pretty flavorful for low abv

Sampled from the tap at As Is. Pours a slightly hazy dull yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and earthy grass with a light herbal note and a bit of hay backing. Flavor has dry grass and a slight herbal presence with some hay backing.

Undated can drunk 6/22/22. Moderately hazy, muted brass. Big, bubbly, white head showing moderate retention. Excellent nose of lime, herbs, unripe guava skin and other random fruit acids. Grains are rustic and seem nicely attenuated. Reminds me much of Hill Farmstead, like Anna or Arthur. No flaw (certainly no diacetyl here), alcohol, excessive hop acid. Soft and malty, moderate depth, very dry, with light lemon, apple, lime and fresh herbs. Hints of honey and such. With warming and breathing there are some slightly odd notes, kind of band-aid like and some very nutty, bland notes. Maybe a bit sour-ish on the malts at the end - too much tannin for the low abv/low malt bill. As well, despite the low abv, this could still be maltier.
