Canned 2/6/23, drunk 5/19/23. Clear, bronze-maize. Small, white head slowly to cover. Good mix of honey, white bread, sourdough from the malts. Gently herbal hops with clean, snappy yeast. No alcohol or flaw. Done fruitiness from malt and hop, even. Soft, malty, dry, lighter bodied but not thin. Very herbal, crisp, peppery. Very dry and flavorful. Not as rich as some of the American breweries are doing with this style lately, much more like a classic German offering.
