From tap at Grimm Artisinal Ales, New York. Aroma is grassy and floral-ish hop with grainy malt, straw, hay, notes of chamomile. Pretty bitter for a Pilsener, guess they hit it hard with those Hersbrucker hops. Light sweet. Very nice bitter floral Pils.

Brewery draught, 4/29/23. Clear, bright blonde. Medium-sized, white head, moderate-to-strong retention. Bright, hoppy floral and herbal notes with light mineral and honey-like malts. Seems well-attenuated. Clean. Soft, malty but growing quite snappy via hop and string attenuation showing cracker and biscuit. But there's plenty of comforting honey-like malt depth to keep it balanced. Excellent hopping without going overboard. No excessive bitterness.

Draught at the source: pours golden with white head. Heavy on the grass and fleurs. Taste is grassy, floral, moderately bitter, low sweetness. Pretty intense pils. Good.
