Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to skim surface. Funky aspirin, tangerine and lemon aromas. Crisp with sweet band aid and aspirin upfront turning to tart lemon, tangerine and grapefruit peel and pith in the dry, lasting finish.

Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - funky and tart citrus fruity aroma and taste, getting the citrus notes, yeasty edge, floral accents, medium body and acidity, tart citrus edged fruity finish.

Bottled 9/28/22, drunk 4/16/23. Clear blonde-golden, small, white head. Nose shows gentle citrus, Brett and lacto. Cracker, biscuit and honey from the malt. Minimally floral, not overly citrusy but it's there. Mostly a saison. Soft, gently tart and with a great malt depth and attenuation with super mild citrus flavors and highly mineraly saison notes. Fruity, lightly tart Brett and minimal lactic notes. Lingering citrus. Really nicely done, usually citrus is a tough sell in a sour, being too acidic and floral. Not so here.
