750ml bottle. $13.99. Mixed culture Saison. Gets odder every sip. Aroma is a little unpleasant. Still kind of nice, mostly because of the pleasant carbonation. Lemon-lime, apple vinegar sour notes. Almost some fleshy persimmon notes. Mild nutty touches from the buckwheat. Better when you don't think of it as a Saison. Unique, worth a try.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Iets mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Funky, stallerig aroma, droog, smaak is vrij zoet-kruidig, karwij of alsem, later flink droog en bitter. Lichte body. Degelijk.

Will need to grab another bottle to age, delicious soft apple funk, fruity light grassy notes. Nice fluffy carb!

Sample at Max's Belgian Fest 2025. Clear orange with a little white head. Big orange and candy nose, light spice and herbs. Flavor is orange and orange peel. Booze. Almost orange liqueur. An odd plastic note. I guess that's the Fantome signature. Flabby finish. A miss.

Bottle. Collab with N City Brewing from Ukraine. Color: Clear amber, fast diminishing off--white head. Aroma: Malty, spicy. Taste: Malty, candy sugar, Buckwheat (a bit nut-like), spicy notes. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness and slightly lime-like tartness. Ok.
