Draft at The Black Sheep. Black color solid beige head with good retention. Chocolate milk aroma. Taste is sweet yeat earthy cocoa and espresso

Draft at the Oslo Bar in Galway. Black with a frothy to creamy tan head. Aroma is full of coffee and milk chocolate. Taste is full of roasted coffee bitterness with milk chocolate undertones. Dry and full of coffee at the end. Medium body, smooth. Süffig. Just a touch ov berry tartness at the end. Another nice example of a relatively low ABV beer full of flavor.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Black-brown with a small off-white head. Has full-bodied sweet roasted malts, although blandish.

Caña en el Taxman León 01..05..2018. (r130 ) Color negro intenso con buena capa de espuma beige persistente. Aromas y sabores maltosos tostados con buena dosis de lactosas que lo suavizan y endulzan todo. Toques especiados avainillados, cacaos y muy suaves torrefactos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber algo espumoso y gas. Bastante sabor para su escasa gradacion alcohólica. Fina y suave. Bastante buena para repetir.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Galway Bay Buried At Sea ].Clear medium brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate - milk chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark malt, milk chocolate, sweet malt, roasted bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170923] 7-3-7-3-15

Tried in a bottle from Honest Beer. Jet black colour with a thick tan head. Aroma big roasted and slight chocolate. Taste mid roasted bitter. Full body.

Keg at Salt House, Galway. Black with creamy beige head. Aroma of coffee with cream. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Milk chocolate, caramel and coffee. Resinous bitter finish. Quite edgy.

Bottled, BB 31.10.18 batch 0452. Dark brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma of roast and dark bread, hint of lactose, bit of dark chocolate. Roasty bitterness, bit lactose sweetness. Quite a lot of flavor for the low ABV, but I dont like (the sense of) lactose. I dont mind brewers putting in lactose to create a fuller body, as long as it doesnt smell and taste like lactose.
