A smashing beer, perfect ice cold. Dry hopped with Citra & Simcoe hops (lupulin powder), waves of guava and passionfruit crash with big citrus flavours. This light coloured ale brings a big splash of cool refreshment. Iceberg ahead.

1/3 pint, keg at Greene King Beer Cafe. Bubbly white head, amber-gold body, near-clear, clingy lacing. Moderate smell of ripe fruits and earthy malts, mid-sweet. Flavoured with a malt-fruity blend, hints of ripe citrus and caramel malts. Malt-fruity finish, semi-sweet. Just alright. (Bury St Edmunds 12.11.2021).

Bottle in Greene King pub. Reasonable tropical fruit notes with peach, biscuit and malts. Not too bad for Greene King.

330ml bottle as 'Ice Breaker Pale Ale'. Drank while watching the 3rd England v West Indies Test at home on 24th July 2020. Poured into an 'Old Speckled Hen' badged pint vase glass. Clear golden body, weak white head. Fruity hop nose and taste, it's fine. England are 7 for 1 wicket, not a great start.

330ml as Greene King Ice Breaker - Gold body, little white top. Bog standard malted biscuity with a bit of citrus hop profile. Nothing outstanding, but not bad for an 88p bargain bin buy.
