500ml can. Minimally milky, amber colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, barely white head. Minimally bready and strawy, wheaty malty, mildly smoky and minimally dusty, yeasty aroma, a touch of bacon, smoked (birch) wood, caraway-spiced grey bread. Taste is mildly smoky, minimally ashy and mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, wheaty malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, hints of smoked wood, wood ashes, a diluted touch of pear.
Oily-watery texture, minimally rough but soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
A bit cautious at first sight (sniff/sip), but in fact homogeneous, harmonious, balanced and by all means meaty - good.
