[33cl bottle from Beer52] A glossy chocolate coloured pour with a tight beige head; rich chocolate aroma with some vanilla; sweet in the mouth with a smooth chocolatey body; then a slightly drier finish with some charred malt. A nice sweet stout.

Tight tan head left a decent cover on a near black still body. Chocolate, tobacco & lactose aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth with lighter clean back. Chocolate, malt, burnt, roasted, lactose & vanilla tastes with light hops on the finish. Enjoying this.

Bottle from Beer 52. A very sweet chocolatey aroma hits you as soon as you open the bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small transient beige head. In the mouth it is mainly sweet milky chocolate swamping everything else. There is a hint of some peppery spices, and dark fruits do come through eventually, but otherwise it is chocolate all the way. It’s a reasonable beer, but far too sweet for my liking.

330ml bottle, via Beer52; BB 10th Feb 2022. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home in the early hours of 9th Dec 2020. Quickly thinning tanned head, dirty dark brown body. Chocolate in the nose and taste, lactose/milky body feel. Too cold at first (my fault), as it warmed in the glass it became sweeter and smoother, or so it seemed. If you are into sweet chocolate stouts, this is the beer for you. Could have had a deeper body depth, but that's being pedantic as it's a fine beer all round (if you have a sweet tooth like me).

Cask at Kuffli Kapsie, Warsaw, 13/07/19. Pitch black with a well presented lasting tan head. Nose is chocolate, light roast, sweet malts. Taste is sweet chocolate, chocolate Nesquik, cocoa dusting. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch sweet.

Almost opaque dark brown beer, short lived pale tan head. Light palate, thin for a stout, light minerally carbonation. Plenty of tangy chocolate. Bitterish chocolate underneath, touch of fruity chocolate. Light finish. Flavoursome but thin and not enough sweet chocolate for me.Not on the ssme level as their dessert.impies.

Bottle shared with Joes and Judyvv @ Van Moll 5 year anniversary. Dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, chocolate, some chocolate sweetness, some chocolaty bitter notes. Decent body, decent carbonation. Decent beer. Pretty solid even for a 5.9% ABV sweet stout. Quite well done. 8-4-8-3-14.
