Tonka beans, hand-toasted coconut, Madagascan vanilla and Belgian sourced cacao nibs combine to make this one silky smooth and indulgent milk stout. Many have called it liquid Bounty! We built a custom infusion vessel to make this beer; we hope you think it was worth it!

Can at home. Pours brownish black with a thin beige head. Nose is lactose, tonka and coconut. Taste is chocolate, cocoa, lactose and some tonka in the finish. Pretty light bodied, actually borderline too thin with soft carbonation. Easy to drink. I expected this to be easy but not so much so and the aroma and taste intensity are both lacking as well. Bit of a disappointment.

(Cask at Euston Tap, London, 25 Nov 2024) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, milky coffee, sweet liquorice and coconut. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, anise, cinnamon, vanilla and a balanced cacao bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich, tasty and highly drinkable. Very nice.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Dark brown, a little translucent, with a very short-lived khaki head. Vanilla, chocolate, maybe a little bit of coffee, and a hint of the promised tonka bean. Taste is sweet, more tonka here but not an impossible amount. Some bitterness in the second half of the finish, a bit of cola. Body is thin to medium, low carbonation. Very decent flavoured stout.

NERAX cask, 4/20/23. Clear, very dark amber. Tan head to ring. Nose is bright and fruity with cacao, vanilla, raisin, caramel maltiness and graham cracker. Quite aromatic, clean. Soft, very malty, cacao and cinnamon like flavors but with solid maltiness and low lactose. Light roast throughout. That cacao flavor is just killer...
