Tonka beans, hand-toasted coconut, Madagascan vanilla and Belgian sourced cacao nibs combine to make this one silky smooth and indulgent milk stout. Many have called it liquid Bounty! We built a custom infusion vessel to make this beer; we hope you think it was worth it!

Can. Nose is vanilla, coffee, ice cream, hint of ash and cola. Taste is cola, leading to vanilla, milk chocolate fudge, slight coffee and ash. Aggressively carbonated for a stout

440ml can. Deep, dark, brown in colour, with a thin, beige, head. Aroma of milk chocolate, with some vanilla oak and hint of coffee. Very easy drinking, with more chocolate character, a touch of caramel and gently bitter finish. Very good.

A deep dark stout with a thin creamy brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light vanilla, pleasant and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light vanilla, light mineral notes, very nice. On tap at Mash Paddle.

Cask at the 31st Ealing Beer Festival, Walpole Park, 15/07/22. One of those I'd presumed I'd rated ... but not ! Black with a good sized khaki cap. Nose is big on Tonka bean, chocolate biscuit, dark malts, brown sugars. Taste comprises Tonka, coconut, chocolate, light charr, dark malts, mellow roast. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Solid for just 4.3 % ... great Tonka profile ... no cheap skate measures.

Third, beer flight at Brew York in Leeds. Black in the glass, fair lacing from a decent fawn-coloured head. Inviting smell of roasted dark malts, moments of cocoa and nuts, mid-sweet. Grainy flavours, moments of nuts and earthy chocolate, lactose backbone. Mid-sweet malty ending, slightly roasted. Rather short. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Leeds 06.07.2022).
