330ml can from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Black-brown colour, large foamy beige head and aroma of chocolate, malty, dried fruit, coconut. Taste is doughy, roast malt, chocolate & coffee, vanilla, coconut with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry roasty bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at GBBF 2018, Olympia, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Rich, malty, chocolate, coconut, vanilla aroma. Tastes rich, malty, chocolate, vanilla, coconut. Liquid Bounty bar, very nice indeed.

33cl can from the Beer52 box for May. A glossy black pour with a loose tan coloured head; aroma of dark chocoalte and coconut with a hint of coffee in the background; pleasant toasted grain taste to start, then tasting just like a dark chocolate Bounty bar; with a slightly savoury finish. Rather good.

WoW. What a solid and tasty beer at only 4,3%. Lovely complexity. Solid aroma. Mellow fine sweetness and a lasting flavor. Vanilla, chocolate, coconut and espresso. Creamy texture!

Can. Black beer with, in my case, an extremely lively pour that led to a massive foamy head. Once this settled I got a smell of coconut, malt. taste is very coconutty too, along with some dark chocolate and vanilla with a long, dry finish. The strength of the coconut means it's not something I'd go back to but it is a nice beer, it's just not necessarily for me.

Can 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Brew York Tonkoko - Sweet Stout ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, coconut, tonka, vanilla, nutty, light to moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coconut, tonka, cacao beans, nutty, dark malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170812] 8-4-7-3-15
