On tap during BPBW. Deep brown, no head. Nose is coffee, no surprise, chocolate and some grains. In taste it’s big fat cold brew coffee, leaving no space to anything else but some chocolate at the end. Might be a tad one dimensional, but definitely very well made.

On tap at Crewe Dog, Crewe. It pours a verk dark murky brown with a large beige head. Aroma is mainly milky coffee. Mouthfeel beigns as roasted malts with some bitterness, then coffee comes through to dominate, and finally chocolate joins the party. There are some dark fruits in there as well. Finish is quite bitter with coffee grounds. Nice !

Can from The Made Inn Ashford and drunk at home. Black beer lasting tan head. Big coffee aroma. Big coffee in the mouth. Quite a juicy stout. Blackcurrant. Some chocolate. Light bitterness. Decent but a little harsh. A little unbalanced.. ok.
