Rated at Unknown venue. Lt. Soapy, floral and sweetish with hints of estery yeastiness and earthiness. Unbalanced.

bottle bought in Hood River. One of the best traditional Saison's I've had - spicy, appropriate ABV - Awesome!

Florals light lemon. Lemon balm kind of feel. Hazy golden pour with great head and lacing. Tangy finish. Breezy nice summer table beer. Tap at brewery.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25B). Bottle 37.5 cl (Batch unknown - BBF unknown - Bottled on: 02 02 19). AROMA: medium of oranges and slightly lemon. faint low peppery phenolic. medium-low malt with a neutral character on the background. low hop notes with slightly oxidation character (dried grass). APPEARANCE: pale gold color and clear. medium-large white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium orange, lemony ester notes, slight pepper phenolic, faint bubblegum and wheat. slightly sweet and clean medium-low malt background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a nice saison with overall characteristics within the style.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of apple, pear, some banana, peach and apricot, hints of brine, mustard seed, a touch of white pepper. Taste is tart-ish, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, subtle pale and wheat malty sweetness, notes of pear and apple, some banana, peach and apricot, hints of old lemon peel, a touch of mustard seed, coriander, white pepper. Prickly to fizzy carbonation. Superbly balanced, very refreshing, highly drinkable - very good.
