330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tangy, fruity, slightly floral and herbal, minimalyl funky aroma, notes of apple, fermented apple, hints of thyme and white pepper. Taste is dry, slightly tart and fruity, minimally floral, herbal, tangy, funky, notes of apple, apple juice, fermented apple, hints of thyme, a touch of lavender. Nice composition.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Redchurch Urban Farmhouse Little Apple ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, yeast, minerals, apple - cider, light bubble gum, herbs notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat - yeast, pale malt, apple, minerals, herbs notes, light lemonish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle bought online from Ales by Mail. Pours light golden with moderate lasting white head. Saison yeast esters & lemon on the nose. Light flavours of cider apples, herbals, lemon zest. Medium dry finish. Very drinkable but not their best

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours a cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma has a familiar saison sweetness. Crisp and tangy on the palate, mild funk underlying a bright lemony saison character. There are soft apple hints from the Oliver’s lees used, just enough to add a little extra colour. For a 4.2% saison there is a lot of flavour going on, brought out nicely by the lacto. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours totally clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a small, fizzy white head. Pleasant aroma, with mild saison yeast, some sourdough bread, lemon. Light sweet flavour with some quenching acidity, moderate lemony tartness, background semi-ripe apple notes, little to no thyme. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, tart and lightly acidic, with further lemon character, a little apple sweetness, touches of biscuits and hay. Exceedingly drinkable.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth´s House. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart apples, yellow fruits, herbal fruits. Taste of soft tart apples, green tea, herbs, okay!

Keg at the Euston Tap, West Lodge, 18/07/17. Pale blonde with a moderate white head that dissipates quickly to spotting. Nose is straw, grains, apple chews, cider/shandy like essence. Taste comprises apple core, citric rinds, green berry notes, damp hay, grains, appletize. Medium to light body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Refreshing number but offers little in way of depth to the flavour.
