The Princess wears girlpants. Belgian beers are great. Hops are fantastic. We here at the Sawdust City Brewing Co., know that these are not only obvious statements but also universal truths. We also know that it's easy to take things for granted. So every once and a while it's good to remind ourselves just how important they are. That's why we brewed the Princess Wears Girlpants; A hoppy Muskokan Saison. Loaded with mounds of Ella, Galaxy and Amarillo hops. This aromatic ale is as easy drinking as it is huge, weighing in at 9%, it's the perfect sharing beer. So grab a can, a few glasses and your best friends. Then enjoy this beer and remind yourself how lucky you are.

Loads of tropical fruit, yeast, and some solid citrusy hops, a gorgeous aroma. Softer the expected mouth feel and a slightly soft carb. The finish is medium bitter, quite yeasty as it warms with a solid chewy malt bill. Great stuff..... Dangerously drinkable for 9%.

Tap @ Brody's. Blonde. peach in the aroma. Malty sweetish alcoholic flavor. like pfirsich brand from a rural Austrian distillery. Peach, floral, slightly perfumed. Nice.

Can from Bierhalle Deconinck, drunk watching the Bros reunion documentary. Pours clear gold, large off-white head. Aroma is on the sweet side, honey, caramel, sugar. Taste continues, fairly slick, rich sugary sweetness, honey with underlying grapefruit and citrus. Bit harsh and boozy. Lacks the finesse of its Belgian equivalents.

Can, Wine Republic. Gold w a large white head. 3+ Aroma is boozy and floral with grainy dough, oranges and cloves. Spray-on grease/ adhesive remover. A sip starts rather better with soft dough and citrus but sharper citrus, slightly harsh herbal bitterness and a crunch of booze upset things at the end. Rather untidy.

Clear bright yellow beer, big aery irregular white head, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: quite some citrus, grassy, some urine notes (wtf?), bit lemony. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit lemony, citrus, some grapefruit notes, pretty bitter, bit yeasty, piny touch. Aftertaste: some tropical fruit notes like mango, bitter orange peel, lots of alcohol, pretty bitter, fruity, nice stuff!
