Lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en licht zoet met overduidelijk koffie, mokka en ietwat vanille. Genieten, geslaagd product wat mij betreft.

Good, dense, just-yellowish head over finely carbonated clear metallic-amber beer. Immediate onslaught of dry coffeebeans on the nose. Very dense and stable head hampers perception. More coffee, some caramel, bit leafy. Faintly metallic, if not bitter - rather dull sweetish. Light body, medium to good carbonation. This is the kind of thing more and more authors are complaining about, fearing it gives craftbeer a bad name. Adding coffee, vanilla, lactose, etc - why? To mask poor brewing skills or lack of imagination?

Keg at BD Boosh, 8/12/16. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off White head. Nose is laced with coffee grinds, straw, light vanilla essence, vanilla milkshake, faint citric peel. Taste comprises cold coffee, light citric peel, toasted grains, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Decent coffee-ooped pale.
