ØL Spelt er en lys ale med en lettere sødlig og krydret aroma. Fra Danmarks nye mikromalteri Gyrup, som ligger i det sydlige Thy, har vi brugt ristet og lys bygmalt samt hvede- og speltmalt.

Økologisk Cascade humle og belgisk gær tilfører ØL Spelt yderligere kompleksitet, og resultatet er en både letdrikkelig og spændende øl, der egner sig godt til ikke for kraftigt mad.

Thanks fonefan! honeyish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheaty tones with some mild yeasty spiciness as well as some mild herbal, floral and grassy tones to it Flavour is wheat, citrus, some yeast and mild herbal tones. Not that bitter.

Bottle. Milky, amber to yellow, low offwhite cream. Spicy grain aroma. Medium body, foamy, light grainy creaminess, Hefeweizen fruitiness, clove and a hint dried ginger, pleasant mineral and spice finish, a hint salt makes it somewhat moreish.

bottle from meny aroma is quite dry, some flowery sweet notes, but mainly dry as a dry lager. flavor is malty sweet, slightly flowery hoppy. quite dry. would be a decent south european pale lager if i didn't know better. perhaps there is a faint note of fruit, in fact, banana in the flavor. wheat?

Bottled, at TEJA tasting. Almost clear golden, rich head. Floral nose with some marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Wheat dough, elderflowers and marzipan. Low bitterness.

63 cl bottle, shared. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, yeasts, spiced notes, peppers and grasses. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying spiced finish. Fair.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - golden orange pour with a white head. Fruity and malty, with some notes of grain, cereal, light tartness, then some toasted malted notes, medium to light body, drying fruity close.

Bottle 63 cl. Pours an almost clear golden, with a white head. Rustic, malty nose - there's a slight spiciness to it. Medium body, clean and malty yet not sweet at all. Dry and hoppy finish. No biggie, but solid craftmanship. These kinda unpretentious beers Thisted does well. 031018

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, apples, yeast and dusty barnyard. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with light carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly sweet with notes is malt and fruit.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and wheat. The aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry finish.
