So popular, we've made it a House Beer! First brewed in Spring 2015, Hoperation is a blend of English and American hops brought together to create a powerful hop flavour in this Pale Ale with oats and wheat in the grist to provide a smooth rounded finish.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest carbonation. Light sweetish malts. Mild floralness. A little marmalade. Light finish. Hoperation? Is this a new word to describe the removal of hops from a beer that promised them? Bah!

Clear golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Herbal, malty, mild fruity and citric flavor. Decent and easy to drink..

Cask at The Prince of Wales, Farnborough. 19/07/16. Grassy aroma, what there is of it. Light gold. Bubbly bright white head, which hung around for a while before disapating quickly. From the ’funky’ looking logo I was expecting a hit of hops, but it was actually medium sweet and biscuity. Light bodies, a tickle of carbonation. As I mentioned, not what I was expecting but very refreshing on the hottest day of the year so far.
