3/8/2022. Cask at GBBF 2022, day 2. Pours clear straw gold with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, leafy, vanilla, caramel, oatmeal biscuit. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch sour. Moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Sweet watery finish. Good looking beer but not so good otherwise.

500ml bottle from Pontypool Tesco. Drunk in our cottage overlooking the town. Clear gold with a medium white head. Light caramelised malt aroma. Nicely balanced on the palate, fairly light bodied with gentle buttery malt, light wine gum and caramel, though could do with a little more sweetness. Fine overall.

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy white to off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, grain, light lemon, leaves, pine. Smooth taste, medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, fruity. Short sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation; easy to drink, well-made, very nice.
