Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Spicy, grassy nose with phenols and marzipan. Mid sweet with medium bodu and clean, rounded mouthfeel. White pepper, honey, spicy grass, banana and marzipan. Notably bitter finish. Focus is more on flavour than mouthfeel and harmony.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly hazy golden orange with frothy, lasting, white head. Perfumy, grassy aroma with yeast, pepper, herbs and grain. Yeasty taste with some citrus, hay, white pepper, old chewing gum. Long peppery finish.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s pre GBBF shindig. 6/8/2016. A clouded chunky dull golden orange coloured pour with fine white head. Aroma is raw wheat, bready, saison yeast peppercorn. Flavour is composed tangy lemon, saison yeast, wheat grains, spicy citrus. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation. Lingering banana phenol.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of spices, herbs, pale malt, wheat. Taste of yeasty pale fruits, some sweet banana, wheat.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Fennel, citrus and some earthy notes in the aroma. Earthy, fruity and slightly tangy taste with fennel, peach, lemon zest and a hint of coriander.

Flaska från SB. Disig mörkt gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Stor doft med mycket saisonkaraktär, grön banan, kryddor, koriander. citrus. Frisk fräsch rejält kryddig med mycket smak av saisonjästen, lite jord och örtig, banan, citrus. Väl avvägd beska. En klassisk saison med mycket karaktär. Väldigt välgjord och mycket god. Kul att ett nyrr bryggeri har så hög nivå från början.

Bottle. Hazy yellowish golden with a big white head, dissipates slowly leaving some lacings. Aroma is citrus, yeast notes, hay, sweet nuance, grass, milkish hint from the wheat. Taste is medium sweet with citrusy and yeasty notes, banana and zest, orange, dry and grassy bitterness in the finish. Body is medium, soft carbo, rustic texture. Very good, not an easy style to get right but they pulled it off nicely!
