Bayberry draught, 8/12/23. Clear, cherry tinged brass. Small, pink head instantly fizzles. Spicy nose? Odd, though maybe a ton of pit and skin. Floral, almost, with strong lactic character. Lovely fruit character, as always. Light oak. Soft, juicy, very lactic. Floral bordering on green bell pepper. But great body/texture/attenuation. Sourness lightens on the lightly oaky, lightly juicy finish. Very flavorful for its size.

Bottle from the source: pours orangish pink with small white head. Aroma is cherries, vinegar, light funk. Taste is sour, slightly sweet cherries. Fruity and a little sweet finish. Good.
