Golden copper in colour. With a Citrusy and grapefruit taste provided by the high alpha acid southern hemisphere hops, brewed with the hop Pacific Jade it delivers a herbal infusion of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper giving a pleasing soft bitterness, Rye malt is used which allows a spicy taste leaving a fruity, full bodied ale with a subtle dry finish.

Cask at Portwall Tavern, Bristol. Slightly opaque copper gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has sweet sugared fruit and a sour streak- fruity with a vinous hints. Flavourwise it's again starts sugary fruit sweet before a bitterness emerges with a sour edge. Underlying light malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice if somehow basic.
