Dosed with double the amount of Citra as our standard Finch and Thistle, this DDH version presents with a saturated hop aroma of orange sherbet, peaches, and mango juice with undertones of pineapple and subtle stone fruit, like sticking your nose in a freshly emptied bag of Citra hops! Each sip welcomes more citrus and gobs of papaya, melon, and subtle strawberry notes, accompanied by soft wheat malt and a moderate, pleasant bitterness.

Can shared at home. Hazy golden with white head. Quite zesty, wheat, biscuits, lime leaves, gooseberries, grassy. Medium seeet and bitter. Creamy medium body. Good.

16oz can is straight pulp. Basically opaque. Finger of white head. Nose has tons of stone fruit, lychee and rambutan and peach cobbler. Breakfast cereal. Very fruity. Flavors of orange curd and peach cobbler, fruity. Lots of breakfast cereal. Medium full bodied and fluffy on the finish.

Undated can drunk 6/3/24. Moderately hazy, blonde-apricot. Frothy white head slowly to rocky/spotty cover. Subtle stone fruit augmented by light lime, passion fruit, bit of funk/mineral and juicy orange-mango. White bread and biscuit gently balances. Cherry-lime-passion fruit augmented by honey and white bread. Low bitterness, I think I want a bit more. But the malt is soft and pretty well-attenuated. And the hop flavor is flawless. White wine, passion fruit, honey lingering on.

8 oz draft. Aroma is peach, mango, and very mild yeast. The overall aroma and flavor is light and bright! Mango, peach, pear juice, and a very soft herb bitterness in the finish. Absolutely delightful.
