Our take on a classic Italian Pilsner starts with a malt grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. We then use a gentle touch of Hallertau and Lorien hops and ferment it cold with a German lager yeast. The result is a super clean crusher with notes of wildfower, crackery malt and lemon/lime zest. Salute!
