An unfiltered version of our Czech Pale Lager, brewed with whole leaf Czech Saaz hops and a special landrace barley variety from Sugar Creek Malthouse in Indiana. Lightly floral and grassy while displaying a clean malt character and smooth bitterness. Crisp, clean, and very sessionable.

Draft mug. Flavor is bright, clean, crisp. ( reminds me of a Colt 45 commercial ) Massive beard malt, soft lemon, mild mineral elements. Crisp texture. Gosh damn killer!!

Undated can drunk 4/11/24. Clear copper-brass. Small, quickly-receding, white head. Gentle but aromatic, spicy, herbal hops. Combines nicely with rich, honeyed malts. Crisp, clean, bright, snappy. Very, very carbonated. Needs some swirling/breathing. But it shows lovely maltiness, much, much richer than its size. Gently bitter, very spicy hops balance nicely. Crisp finish. Killer stuff.
