Can. Pour is fairly clear lighter pale. Smell is fairly neutral, yet clean. Perhaps just a tad of cream corn perfume in hiding in teh background. First taste is a little more bitter than I like my lagers. Its not quite as smooth as I was expecting. Not sure if I would call this super crisp, but its kindah ok. Yes, it certainly does not have the manners of a straight up well made cheaper macro pale american lager. Goes down fairly easy, even tho that odd bitter bite is rising in the middle. Yea, was expecting something smoother considering its a gash. Well, finish is almost OK, bitter ending, in more ways than one. There you have it.

Light lemon, but only a hint. Golden pour with decent head. A slight bit of snappiness, but not really much to this. Ok. Tap at Shelter.

12 ounce can. Straw gold color. Pillowy white head. Nice lacing. Bready malt aroma has minerally notes. Slightly tart, lemony flavor upfront. Notes of mineral and herb. Some light pine in finish.

335mL canned 3/6/24, drunk 4/9/24. Clear blonde-brass. Sizable white head, modest retention. Bit of yellow fruit, biscuity malts. It's clean. Light pine and citrus, bit of yeast on the finish but not very classic, crisp, mineralesque lager. Fuller body, strong but tight carbonation with excellent malt adding bread dough and honey. Pepper, light pine, yellow fruit and lingering bitterness. Not very summery. It's robustly malty and bitter. But props for that, I guess. Clean.
