Gbbf. Fast klare hell nussbraunes Bier. Geruch nach rotem malz, leicht zitronig. Geschmack zitronig hopfig, leicht harzig, Karamell, rotes malz.

Cask at GBBF 2016 09/08/2016. A clear golden orange coloured pour with no head . Aroma is sweet nutty twiggy malts, dried fruit, brambles. Flavour is composed of nutty, toffee, fruit and nut, woodland berries, tangy fruit. Palate is semi sweet, slightly grainy, lowish carbonation, ok.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet caramel aromas. Soft with caramel, straw and butterscotch front to back.

Growler share courtesy of Phatdog1. Pours an amber clear color with small and quickly disappearing fluffy off-white head. Nose is Earthy caramel malt. The taste was again Earth malt, with mild hop element that had underlying bitterness that vanished before the sip was complete. This beer is true to the style and certainly drinkable.
