8 oz draft. Aroma of soft cucumber, saline. Flavor had a bold cucumber with a mild tartness. Has a refreshing quality. Mild salty finish. Would be a great summer season Gose

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Hint of unfiltered haze. Deep line-bronze-brass. Ring of bubbles. Leafy Shiso with hints of playful plum. Light dill like character. Good salinity and acidity. No too tart, not too adjunct forward. Less salinity than the Amarillo gose, more sour ale like but still very malty, well attenuated, clean and flavorful.
