Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth Pre-GBBF 2017 tasting - London. Cheers! Pours hazy, very light grapefruit pink with a billowing, frothy white head. The nose holds lemon, seedy raspberry, soft funk. Lightly sweet with sturdy acidity, more lemon, tangy raspberry. Light to medium bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, strong acidity, further lemon, mild raspberry, soft seedy bitterness. Very good.

11th Nov 2019; monthly beer tasting in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Cheers Mike for the 750ml bottle of this. Pink body, light pink head. It smells and tastes of tart Raspberries, just like the label says. OK, if you like sour Raspberrries I suppose.

Bomber. Pours a pinkish, orange color, with a medium, rocky, fleeting, off-white head. Lovely raspberry aromas, with strong lemon juice, kiwi, and caramel. Very tart. Light to medium body, with an acidic, sticky mouthfeel. This is an assertive, fruity saison. Held up to a surprising age.

750 mL bottle poured. Picked up at Chucks shortly after Council was introduced to the area. Awesome! If my budget was endless, I would have snagged them all, but instead, I went with my go to flavor. Love raspberries. Glowing pinkish pour. Tart, but fresh red raspberries going on. True to the fruit, opposed to a jammy constant I would expect. Very flavorful, and I like the lighter abv in these saison. Good series. Great beer.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruths pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17. Hazed pink with an off white/faded crimson cap. Nose is pissy pink berries, funk, light dry rot, damp hay. Taste comprises tangy raspberries, apple core, wood must, lemon rind, lactic pinch, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a modest pucker. Solid fruity saison ... good depth of flavor for the ABV ... although would class as a sour wild from blind tasting.
