Deep purple pink color. Very effervescent, tart nose with raspberries and dirt. Very light body, dry highly carbonated, refreshing. Light and raspberries dominate but not overwhelming in the finish. Excellent.

Bottle pours with a cool looking pinkish copper body that supports a white head that has a pinkish hue. The aroma offers up woody berry tartness and then thin yeasty notes. The taste delivers tart berries, full up berry juice and then mild yeasty tartness. Toward the finish it gets lightly sour amid all the tartness. Nice.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque flat orange with barely any head. Aroma brings out jammy raspberries and a touch of oak. Flavour is big on the tart jammy raspberries, with a touch of acidity and marginal vinegar. Well-incorporated with the fruit, though not terribly complex. Good stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Levi. Cloudy pinkish red. Great sour aroma with lacto, lots of jammy raspberries. Very sour flavor with lots of raspberries, lacto, lemon, and a pickled vegetables note. Medium-bodied. Great stuff. Pretty ridiculous calling it a Saison though.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy pink with no head. The aroma is strong berry, oak, funk. Thin mouth, tart berry, light funk, crushable, very good.

Draft. Pinkish beer with a low off-white head. Light raspberry aroma. Raspberry and tart flavor with light earthiness. Medium bodied. Raspberries linger with tartness/light sourness.
